Job Description:

As a dependable and flexible Laundry Processor, you will have ownership of your assigned orders during your shift. You may also be delegated additional orders by your supervisor based on the needs. From the beginning to the end of the process, you will be responsible for processing the laundry orders in a safe, accurate, and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Washing, prepping, cleaning, pressing, and folding clothes and other textile articles
Answering store phone and responding to customers' queries, concerns, and complaints when needed
Organizing and tracking customer items as a major part of the job
Exhibiting great work ethic, kindness towards teammates, and supporting others in an environment where everyone can succeed
Following directions and customers' preferences on processing their laundry
Sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and folding clothing and other textile items
Removing stains from items using the appropriate procedures
Tracking which items belong to whom
Following and maintaining training and protocols as outlined in Standard Operating Procedures for Laundry Processor
Keeping an updated inventory of laundry detergents
Tracking maintenance and repairs on laundering equipment
Ensuring that the facility remains clean at all times
Assisting customers with over-the-counter sales of laundry products when needed
Assisting customers with operating the washers/dryers if needed
Taking personal responsibility for your orders and supporting your teammates
Working diligently and safely within the facilities at all times
Other minor duties as assigned

Starting pay from $16.00 per hour
Flexible schedule
5-hour shift
Weekend availability
Bonus pay
Commission pay

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
High school equivalency
Valid driver's license
Familiarity with cleaning detergents and laundering equipment
Ability to stand for long periods with brief breaks
Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs unaided on a regular basis
Outstanding time management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Customer service experience is preferred, not required
A team player with a positive attitude
