As a Store Attendant, you'll be the face of our team and the company. You'll interact with our customers via phone, in-person, online chat, SMS, and email. We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys interacting with people of all ages.

Customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Our team will provide the training you need to be successful.

Responsibilities include answering customers' queries, concerns, and complaints. Receiving and processing orders from drop-off customers. Organizing and tracking customer items will be a major part of your role and we're looking for top-notch candidates to consult with customers about supplementary laundering-related services that may be of use to them. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean facility, assisting customers with sales of laundry products, and helping customers operate washers/dryers if needed.
